1. Eligibility: The Reseller Program offered by Your Custom Emblem (“the Company”) is open to individuals and businesses who meet our eligibili-
ty criteria, as determined by the Company. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application for participation in the program at our discre-
tion.
2. Account Creation: Upon approval, resellers will receive access to a unique promo code for use in promoting and selling our custom-made Em-
blems.
3. Reseller Responsibilities:
– Resellers are responsible for promoting our custom-made Emblems in a professional and ethical manner.
– Resellers may not reproduce, modify, or use the design of our Emblems without explicit written permission from the Company.
– Resellers must accurately represent the products and brand of the Company and provide excellent customer service to their customers.
4. Commission and Discount Structure: Resellers may earn commissions or discounts based on the sales generated through their promo code or
referral link, as outlined in our Reseller Program documentation.
5. Order Submission and Acceptance:
– All orders for products submitted by Reseller shall be placed via Your Custom Emblem’s website.
– All orders are subject to acceptance by Your Custom Emblem. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order in its sole discre-
tion.
6. Posting of Emblems:
– All Emblems produced by the Company may be posted on social media, our website, or any other platform for promotional purposes, irre-
spective of whether they were ordered through a reseller.
– By participating in the Reseller Program, resellers consent to the Company’s use of images or representations of the Emblems they have sold
for promotional purposes.
7. Warranty and Refund Policy:
– There is no warranty on the Emblems sold through the Reseller Program. All Emblems are sold “as is” without any express or implied warran-
ties.
– Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled nor refunded. Resellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of orders before submission.
8. Flexibility in Discounts and Advertising:
– Your Custom Emblem has the right to discount products and offer promotions to customers and any customer at any time, without prior notice.
– Your Custom Emblem may advertise its products and promotions with the discounts and offers of its choice at any time.
9. Termination:
– Your Custom Emblem reserves the right to terminate a reseller’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
– Reasons for termination may include violation of our Terms and Conditions, misuse of the Reseller Program for personal benefit without legiti-
mate reselling activity, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the Company’s brand or reputation.
10. Effect of Termination: In the event of termination, the reseller will no longer be eligible to participate in the program and will forfeit any out-
standing commissions or discounts. The Company reserves the right to take further action, including legal action, if necessary.
11. Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Resellers are responsible for regular-
ly checking the Company’s website or communication channels for updates on product prices.
12. Location and Territory:
The Company reserves the right to change the location and territory from which products are shipped without prior notice.
Products may be shipped from different locations depending on inventory and operational requirements.
13. Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is
the responsibility of the reseller to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for any changes.
